Pedal Generic is the project of multi-instrumentalist, producer, songwriter, and audio engineer Evan Fraser.

Post-Punk, Alternative, Synthwave.
What inspired “Longing”?
Longing was inspired by the idea of humans using music as a means for mating calls.
Who did you work with on the track?
Longing was produced, written, and recorded by Pedal Generic at his home studio in Ottawa, ON. Longing was mixed by Michael Dubue (HILOTRONS) at Studio Cimetière in Quyon, QC. Phillip Bova at Bova Lab Studios in Ottawa mastered longing, ON.
What has been the biggest change in your lives over the past year?
Growing, getting better at drumming, slowly dipping my feet into live sound.
Where would you perform tomorrow if you could anywhere in the world?
If I could perform anywhere tomorrow, it would be the NORVA in Norfolk, VA.
What is next for you?
Making new material, accruing funds, and trying to seize opportunities.
