What got you into skateboarding?

All started in a casual way, when I was 5 years old I  used to go to a spot “Casa da musica” going down the ramps with a mini-motorbike, but one day I forgot to take it and my Mom and Dad had a skateboard in the car, so I pick it up and start to skate since that day I never stopped skating.

 

What is your skate scene like in your city?

I Proudly say that the skate culture in my city comes from Street skating, because in Porto we didn’t have Skatepark, only at the end of 2019 was built the 1st one. So, People met in a spot to skate and search for good spots.

 

What is you to go trick to start your sesh?

Maybe Bs feebles or Bs kickflips

 

Do you feel skateboarding has changed your life? How?

well, skateboarding has been present in my life since my 5 years old, so I almost don’t remember my life without skateboarding, but for sure Skateboarding is bringing me so good times and experiences and a lot of friends.

 

What pro skater inspires your skateboarding?

I got many but Nyjah Huston, Robert Neal, Yuto Horigome…

 

 

Do you prefer watching skate videos on social media or buying it? Why?

To be honest, I see both, but my 1st skate video was bought from a friend and offered to me – “We are Blood”

 

What is the gnarliest trick you have ever done? How did you feel when you landed it?

I think it was 360 double flip in a gap, it was a great feeling when you realize you got it.

 

Tell us a little bit about your local skate shop & what they do for the skateboard scene?

Now I am in Ericeira Surf & Skate from Portugal, it helps a lot and supports very good Portuguese skaters.

 

What is your daily routine before you go shred?

wake up early, have a good breakfast and go skate. In school days I go straight after school

 

Any inspiring words you want to tell the next generation of skaters?

Keep focus, believe in your dreams and Skate FOREVER. Never Give Up!
