What got you into skateboarding?

My brother actually got me into skateboarding when I was 12 years old. He was into skating pools and
transition and into punk rock and that’s what made me want to skate.

What is your skate scene like in your city?

Growing up in Mississauga I was always inspired by all the City Hall and Port Credit skaters.

What is your go to trick to start your sesh?

My go to trick would be flatground ollies.

Do you feel skateboarding has changed your life? How?

I for sure think skateboarding has saved my life & it has kept me out of trouble.

What pro skater inspires your skateboarding?

My favorite style of skating has always been Nick Trapasso but as of most recently the baker crew is
inspiring me.

 

 

Do you prefer watching skate videos on social media or buying it? Why?

I definitely prefer buying it. I came from the generation where my brother gave me “Girl YEAH RIGHT”
on VHS , so video parts mean a lot more to me.

What is the gnarliest trick you have ever done? How did you feel when you landed it?

The gnarliest trick is gonna be this summer. Keeping following Doll.

Tell us little bit about your local skate shop & what they do for skateboard scene?

Well I ride for Doll Skateboards but I shop at The Local in the Hamilton all the time. The Local puts on
an annual skate competition at Beasley Skatepark as well as they sponsor skaters & more.

What is your daily routine before you go shred?

I like to drink a lot of coffee until I get antsy and then I go skateboarding.

Any inspiring words you want to tell the next generation of skaters?
