What got you into skateboarding?

A friend at school brings me to Skatepark! I started training at the Rouen skatepark at around 14 years old.

What is your skate scene like in your city?

Always the same skateboarders and a few friends who like to skate. Some skaters want to make a video part like Paul Gallelli

What is you to go trick to start your sesh?

I start the session with a treflip, then depending on the spot, I adapt myself.

Do you feel skateboarding has changed your life? How?

Yes, because now I am pro, I can skate whenever I want. I have no time constraints. I am free to organize my planning. My sponsor JART brings me on the tour every year. I can also choose the contest in which I want to participate.

This year will be more complicated because of the confinement, most of the competitions have been postponed or simply canceled.

So, it was the perfect time to start shooting my new video part!

What pro skater inspires your skateboarding?

It was Paul Rodriguez and other skaters who inspired me (Eric Koston in Yeah Right). Now there are a lot of skaters who influence me.

Do you prefer watching skate videos on social media or buying it? Why?

I prefer to watch videos on Instagram or True Skateboard Mag, Berrics, Thrasher, and I subscribe to Sugar Magazine.

What is the gnarliest trick you have ever done? How did you feel when you land it?

Each trick is felt differently. But I think El Toro is the most impressive. When I succeeded, I was relieved not to have to start over!
I intend to surpass myself for my new video part!

Tell us a little bit about your local skate shop and what they do for the skateboard scene?

My local skate shop is l’echoppe skate shop & the association Paris skate culture represented by Rémy Walter; he has supported me for several years. They allow children to progress in skateboarding. They often do sessions in other parks outside of Paris. You can take a look at their project on their website: https://paris-skate-culture.org/

What is your daily routine before you go shred?

Every morning, I get up, head for the shower, and then breakfast I do some exercises and stretches to motivate me to move on a spot!

What are your plans for 2020?

In recent months, I started shooting my new video part with Loïc Ridou & Paul Jolicoeur. We have already started filming in Rouen as well in Barcelona, Paris, & Portugal. We want to publish it in 2020! I also built a DIY in Rouen which is accessible to all skaters!

Any inspiring words you want to tell the next generation of skaters?
