The FISE World Series Shanghai held the “Melco Style Presents: FISE: Battle of the Champions” press conference on October 20, 2024, at the Street Park. The event shared details about the upcoming Macau competition and announced two Golden Ticket winners for the exclusive tournament
Yuanling Zhu demonstrated remarkable talent over the course of the Women’s FISE Shanghai Skateboard Street contest, securing her spot in the FISE: Battle of the Champions, set to take place from March 21-23, 2025, at the prestigious Studio City resort in Macau.
Joseph Garbaccio won the Pro Men’s Skateboard Street Battle on Sunday but had already secured his place in the FISE: Battle of the Champions lineup. With his victory in Shanghai, he was given the power to pass his Golden Ticket to select a fellow competitor to join him at the exclusive event. In a thrilling moment on stage, Garbaccio passed his Golden Ticket to his fellow French rider, Benjamin Garcia, recognizing him as a standout performer on the park.
Benjamin Garcia and Yuanling Zhu will now join an elite group of international skateboarders competing for global recognition and a prize pool of €70,000.
