What got you into skateboarding?
What got me into skateboarding was the videos from the 70s and 80s era of skateboarding when tricks were still being developed with so much unique creativity and diversity!
What is your skate scene like in your city?
The skate scene in my city is very upbeat and thriving. Everyone I meet is constantly pushing themselves to get better. It is rad to see all the passion and dedication coming from all of the homies!
What are you’re to go trick to start your sesh?
My go-to trick when warming up for a session I’d have to say is a tre flip they definitely get me stoked and hype me up

Do you feel skateboarding has changed your life? How?
I feel skateboarding has changed my life because it has been there when I’ve needed a way to get away from the stress in my life for a while. It has helped me with being patient when it comes to landing or learning new tricks. It has also helped me with being more creative with myself with making my own clothes and opening new opportunities, friendships, and new music tastes.
What pro skater inspires your skateboarding?
Pro skater that inspires me I’d have to say Erick Winkowski for his smooth style and a unique bag of old-school tricks!
Do you prefer watching skate videos on social media or buying them? Why?
I prefer to watch skate videos on YouTube because that’s where I always find the coolest videos of riders I’ve ever seen before.
What is the gnarliest trick you have ever done? How did you feel when you landed it?
I’d have to say the gnarliest trick I have ever done was a 360 early grab finger shuv to tail revert back in on quarter pipe. They took me forever to learn them but once I landed the first one I was so excited I’ve wanted to learn them for months!
Tell us a little bit about your local skate shop & what they do for the skateboard scene?
My local skate shop is a substance based in Beaverton OR they are the coolest dudes. They provide our local community with only the best products on the market. They are always helping people like me when I am struggling with parts. They treat everyone like family. I couldn’t see myself going to any other shop in my opinion.
What is your daily routine before you go shred?
My daily routine before I go and skate is to wake up blast some funky 80s pop or old hip hop/ reggae and head out to my local skate park to warm up on the mini ramp!
Any inspiring words you want to tell the next generation of skaters?
This is to the next generation of skaters just remember to be patient, believe in yourself, and love it like there’s no tomorrow skateboarding is what you make it have fun and stay stoked! <3
