When did skateboarding change your life?

Skating really changed my life, when I was 10 the new Rhodes skatepark in Boise got built. I started to learn new tricks, getting better, and having more fun because of Rhodes.  Getting my 187 knee pads also helped me with my confidence in the big stuff

What is your favorite trick and why?

Fs smiths on anything because I just learned them, and they look/feel amazing to me

With skateboarding in the Olympics, do you think skateboarding can prostitute itself or to lose the true essence?

No. It might help to get more skate spots built

When was the first time you won a skateboard contest & how did you feel?

As far as I remember in Sun Valley, Idaho. It was in 2016, and I was also there totally by accident. I had a football game in Sun Valley and saw a poster at the park in Hailey that said the comp was in Ketchum. So, I thought after my game I could go to the comp. I get done with my game and head down to the Ketchum skatepark, but the problem was when I got there, they were done with my age group. That didn’t stop me from skating I went to the announcers and I asked if I could skate. They said yes, which then I took my run. That’s when I won the comp and got a Mini Logo full setup. I felt so shocked because I didn’t see anyone take their runs. I also was very happy to win

Skateboarding and music are very connected to each other, what do you like to listen to while skateboarding?

Me personally I love to skate to music, but not to earbuds because I can’t hear my surroundings. I love to skate to speakers though. I don’t know why, but music pumps skaters up. I love to skate to old crusty reggae.  Some of the people I listen to are Bob Dylan, Beastie Boys, Bootsy Collins, and Budos Band. Music shows the style a lot of the times of the skater

Do you prefer to shred in the streets or in the skatepark?

I like to think of myself as an at (all-terrain skater). I love parks because I am a big tranny fan, skating streets is super fun too because no one else is there.  I like to skate early before it gets busy with scooters and bikes

Have you ever thought about giving up skateboarding? Why?

No, never because, skating has any structure you can do it whenever you want. That’s why you can never quit skating.  It’s for fun, not really to win or lose

What inspires you to shred and evolve every day? fame or just fun?

Just knowing that I’m getting better makes me feel great. Getting a new trick feels good

What is your daily routine before you go shred?

I get my pad back. I go to the skatepark usually around nine am. I stretch and get my pads on then go roll around. Then shred

Any inspiring words you want to tell the next generation of skaters?

It’s cool if you wear pads and skate tranny
