2 weeks ago, DC SHOES Europe celebrated the opening of their latest skatepark, right across the EU HQ, in St Jean de Luz, France. For the occasion, French and Spanish team riders met with the EU team for an opening demo, which was brief due to changing weather. Check out the video

Red Bull Skate Arcade





Red Bull Skate Arcade is an online skateboard contest. Every players have to submit their video to pass the next level, did you get a level, the next level will be opened.. Like any arcade game starts it easy but the tricks are becoming difficult. All the videos are reviewed by a jury composed of professional skateboarders, each winner of each country gets a trip to the finals in Barcelona on September 7 !

Friday, June 14th is the last Element Make It Count contest from Europe at Skien Skatehall in Norway. The contest will be jam style format and with contestants separated into different age groups. The overall winner of the contest receives an all expenses paid trip to the MAKE IT COUNT 2013 European Finals at Element Skatecamp in Norway, for a chance to compete for a place in the Global at the YMCA Skatecamp in California, a day at The Berrics with the Element team and a chance to win Element sponsorship.

The entry fee for the contest is a can of food, which will be donated to a local food bank.
