We all got into skating because of somebody-who got you into it?

Boredom got me in to skateboarding and then falling in love kept me in skateboarding. But I got my first board for Christmas. So probably my parents.

What’s your first set and trick?

First complete was a Blind board, with thunder trucks, saved up a long time for that one.

Your first ad and/or hookup (brand or shop)?

My first hook up was my local skateshop Blender. Unfortunately our shop didn’t survive the economic crisis. But I remember the shopmanager saying if you land this flip 50-50 I’ll sponsor you. So I got a 10 % discount, it kind of grew from there.

What’s your Personal highlight in skating up to this point?

Quitting my day job and filmed a street part for the quit your day job video.

What’s your favorite spot (city, country, diy) to shred and why?

Favorite spot is probably Macba in Barcelona because there’s always something going on over there and amazing skateboarders around.

A spot you wish you could of skated but never did?

Hollywood 12. Still have to build up some trust.

Who in your crew deserves some shine ad why?

Jenn Soto deserves some shine because she is taking skateboarding to the next level and I promise you, the future of female skateboarding.

If your not skating-what else do you like to do?

I like to go to the beach, love eating good food with my friends and thinking about skateboarding.

What’s your plans for the next 12 months?

That’s a long stretch. I find it hard to say what I’ll be doing tomorrow so 12 months seems like an eternity. Definitely skating as much as possible, keeping my body healthy, film for my next part, hopefully find some sponsor who help me get my professional career started and skate a bunch of contest.

Anything you want to say to the upcomers or any shout-outs?

Thanks for my homies and parents for always having my back and thanks to Etnies, Blackriver, Cariphy, Polypop and Titus Tornados for always making sure I have my gear so I can skate. – Anton
